A 37ª Oktoberfest Blumenau utilizará novamente o Oktober Karte para todas as compras e será a única forma de pagamento válida durante todo o evento. Para fazer compras durante o evento, você precisará carregar valores no Oktober Karte, seja em recarga antecipada pelo site, seja nos pontos espalhados pela cidade de Blumenau e região, ou durante o evento, nos caixas e terminais de autoatendimento.

Cada cartão comporta, de uma vez, uma recarga máxima on-line de R$ 1.500,00 (mil e quinhentos reais). As recargas on-line partem do valor de R$ 20,00 (vinte reais), e aceitam incrementos em intervalos de R$ 5,00 (cinco reais), até o limite acima indicado.

Por terem valores iguais (ambos R$ 10,00) cabe explicar a diferença entre caução e taxa de reembolso. A caução é o valor de ativação do Oktober Karte, debitado do valor creditado no cartão cashless na hora da recarga, e que será totalmente reembolsado em caso de devolução do Oktober Karte. Já a Taxa de Reembolso é o valor que o portador do Oktober Karte, que eventualmente não retirou seu saldo durante o evento para poder ter seu saldo devolvido, por meio de operação bancária. Um exemplo: se ao final do evento o cliente ficou com saldo de R$ 20,00 (vinte reais) no cartão e solicitar a devolução por formulário, então de seu saldo será debitada a taxa de reembolso de R$ 10,00 (dez reais) pela transação bancária e serviços, que será feita em até 30 dias do prazo de reembolso.

Não, você não precisa devolver o cartão de consumo após a Oktoberfest. No entanto, se devolvido no caixa de devolução no evento, você receberá imediatamente a devolução do valor da caução, de R$ 10,00 (dez reais).

Importante! A Oktoberfest Blumenau vai facilitar a devolução do Oktober Karte, alocando a área de devolução para área mais central do evento, tudo pela comodidade do cliente.

O CARTÃO TEM ALGUM CUSTO?

No ato de ativação do Oktober Karte, tanto em Recargas Antecipadas quanto em recargas feitas no local do evento, será cobrada taxa de caução no valor de R$ 10,00 (dez reais). Caso até o horário de encerramento do evento você devolva o cartão cashless nos caixas do evento após o uso, você receberá imediatamente a devolução valor da caução de R$ 10,00 (dez reais).

COMO RESGATAR O SALDO DO OKTOBER KARTE DURANTE O EVENTO?

Caso você tenha carregado seu Oktober Karte durante o evento em transação com cartão de débito ou PIX, e o saldo do cartão for de até R$ 100,00 (cem reais), esses valores poderão ser reembolsados durante o próprio evento, na área específica de devolução. Valores superiores a R$ 100,00 (cem reais) somente poderão ser reembolsados mediante solicitação on-line.

Se os valores carregados durante o evento tiverem sido feitos em transações em dinheiro, os valores são devolvidos em espécie, independente do valor carregado.

Valores de saldo carregados em cartões de crédito somente poderão ser reembolsados mediante solicitação on-line.

SOBRE A SOLICITAÇÃO ON-LINE DE REEMBOLSO DO SALDO DO OKTOBER KARTE

O reembolso do saldo de valores no Oktober Karte deverá ser solicitado seguindo os seguintes passos:

  • Preencher formulário de reembolso no site oficial do evento até o dia 23 de novembro de 2022, às 23h59;
  • Apenas os “Oktober Karte” ativos no evento com CPF estarão aptos a receber reembolso de saldo remanescente;
  • O CPF informado no formulário deverá ser o mesmo utilizado no ato da ativação do cartão na 37ª Oktoberfest Blumenau;
  • O reembolso será feito exclusivamente na conta bancária de mesma titularidade do formulário enviado, e do CPF ativado no Oktober Karte;
  • Para efetivação do reembolso haverá uma taxa no valor de R$ 10,00 (dez reais) referente ao custo de transação financeira, transferência bancária e impostos. O valor da taxa será descontado do saldo remanescente para reembolso;
  • Caso o saldo remanescente seja menor ou igual ao valor da taxa de devolução de R$ 10,00 (dez reais), não haverá reembolso;
  • O reembolso será realizado em até 30 (trinta) dias após a data de encerramento do prazo de preenchimento do formulário;
